Installation
Download LM Volume Control and set it up by following the installation wizard. Launch the software by clicking on its shortcut in the "Startup" folder of your "Start" menu.
When LM Volume Control is launched you'll see its icon in the notification area of your task bar (near the clock).
Double-click on this icon to open the main window. Note: don't close this window, if you close it you'll loose the ability to control the master volume, instead minimize the window!
In this window you can change the following settings:

The time out in seconds before the volume indicator will close

The number of units you want to increase / decrease the volume for each keypress (between 1 and 100%)

The skin to use for the transparent volume indicator.
To change the way the volume indicator is displayed on your screen, click on the "Transparent Window Options" button:
You can then choose the size, position and transparency level of the volume indicator by moving the sliders.
After that when you use the following shortcuts :

Ctrl+Shift+U for rising master volume

Ctrl+Shift+D for lowering master volume

Ctrl + Shift + M for muting / unmuting the volu

Command line parameters
If you wish you can use LM Volume Control at the command line to set the volume to a predefined level (for instance when you start your PC ou when you start an application).
"C:\Program Files\LM Gestion\LM Volume Control\LMVolumeControl.exe" /set:20
The/set:20 parameter put the master volume at 20%
