You can use LM Remote KeyMap to issue channel change commands through your USB-UIRT or MCE IR blaster within GBPVR.
To do this you first need to create an IR device within LM Remote KeyMap and learn all digits buttons used on your device.
Then you'll have to install the plugin into GBPVR. You'll find the plug-in in the Config & Log folder (you can open it from the LM RKM taskbar notification icon) in the "plugins/GBPVR folder (you can also download the plugin file donator account needed) and copy it into the folder of your choice, for instance : C:\Program Files\Devnz\GBPVR\Plugins
Edit your capture source in GBPVR by going into the GBPVR configuration utility, select the "Capture Sources" tab, select your capture source and click on the "Edit" button.
The select the ".exe Changer Plugin" and click the "Settings" button
Finally edit the channel change plugin:

For the "Executable" select the Windows Script host: C:\Windows\System32\wscript.exe (if running on a 64 bits system select the 32 bits version, C:\WINDOWS\SysWOW64\wscript.exe)

For the "Parameters" type (use a space between each of these):

the path to the plugin file (enclose it within quotes)

the name of the LM RKM IR device (enclose it within quotes if the device name contains spaces)

the {channel} string (this will be replaced by the channel number to tune)

Note: you don't need to use the "Zero pad channel numbers" or "Use three digit channel numbers" options within GBPVR as LM Remote KeyMap alread take care of this.
