You can use LM Remote KeyMap to issue channel change commands through your USB-UIRT or MCE IR Blaster within MediaPortal (using TV Server).
To do this you first need to create an IR device within LM Remote KeyMap and learn all digit buttons used on your device.
Then you'll have to install the LM Remote KeyMap plugin into MediaPortal. You'll find the plug-in in the Config & Log folder (you can open it from the LM RKM taskbar notification icon) in the "plugins/MediaPortal" folder (you can also download the MediaPortal channel change plugin donator account need); copy the dll to the MediaPortal TV-Server plugin folder (usually the C:\Program Files\Team MediaPortal\MediaPortal TV Server\Plugins). Restart the TV Server after copying the plugin.
Open the TV Server configuration utility and click on the "Plugins" node and check the "LM Remote KeyMap Blaster" plugin checkbox.
Then configure the plugin: choose the LM Remote KeyMap IR device to associate with one of your capture cards by using the drop down list in the capture card list.
