When using the DVBViewer Recorder network encoder, playback start in SageTV but stops after 15 seconds

If you are extracting teletext subtitles this may happen if the DVBViewer Recorder encounters an unexpected error while demuxing the transport stream being recorded.

In this case, the DVBViewer Recorder service will stop to prevent further errors. As a result the recording will stop. You should review the trace that DVBViewer Recoder produces in :

C:\Documents And Settings\All Users\Application Data\LM Gestion\DVBViewer Recorder for Windows XP

or

C:\ProgramData\LM Gestion\DVBViewer Recorder for Windows Vista

If you still want to use DVBViewer Recorder, simply disable subtitles extraction by removing the teletext page number in the DVBViewer Recorder configuration utility.

Then contact us and we will send you further instructions to resolve the problem (try to keep the partial recording that caused the error in DVBViewer Recorder)
